Nellie Open Mic featuring Sarah Goslee Reed
The Nellie Open Mic Night on October 12 will feature the talents of Sarah Goslee Reed and is sponsored by Almost Famous Sweets & Sodas. Be sure to plan for the Halloween Costume Contest hosted by Almost Famous!
Sarah Goslee Reed grew up in a house full of music. While her father played the bassoon in the Cleveland Orchestra and her mother played the cello and string bass, she fell in love with the folk music of the sixties and the Beatles. Based upon her knowledge of the violin, Sarah taught herself to play guitar and learned songs by listening to records. Songwriting is as much a passion as singing, and several of her songs have received awards, been arranged for choirs as well as orchestrated as instrumentals. Visit www.sarahgosleereed.com for more information.
